Fullscript

Fullscript is a supplement dispensary: a provider recommends professional-grade supplements, the client orders them, and Fullscript ships. Connecting it means a provider builds the recommendation from the client's Plan tab in Ready Practice, with the client already loaded, and the order comes back onto the client's record. The supplement plan lives next to the exercise plan and the notes, not in a separate login.

Each organization connects its own Fullscript account, once, from Settings.

Before you start

  • You need the Admin role in Ready Practice.
  • You need a Fullscript practitioner account. If you do not have one, create it at Fullscript first; the connection signs in to an existing account.

Connect Fullscript

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations and find the Fullscript card, which reads "Recommend and track supplements for patients". Click Connect.
  2. A Fullscript sign-in window opens. Sign in and approve the connection.
  3. Close the window and return to Settings. The card shows Connected.

Recommend supplements to a client

Open a client's record and go to the Plan tab. In the supplement section, choose Recommend with Fullscript. Fullscript opens inside Ready Practice with that client already selected, so you search the catalogue, set the dose and directions, and send the recommendation. The client receives Fullscript's email to order, and when they do, the order appears on their record here.

The client orders from Fullscript, not from your shop

Fullscript handles the sale, shipping and payment for these recommendations. Products you sell yourself go through the marketplace and shop and settle in your Stripe account.

Disconnect

Click Disconnect on the Fullscript card. Existing recommendations stay on client records; new ones cannot be made until you reconnect.

Next steps

  • Build the rest of the plan: protocols put exercise, habits and supplements into one program the client follows in their app.
  • Sell your own products: the marketplace and shop covers items you stock yourself.
