Integrations
Ready Practice runs your organization end to end, but it is not the only tool you use. Integrations connect the systems you already rely on, so a remote visit gets its video link on its own, a client's wearable data lands on their profile, a lab order goes to the lab and comes back as a result, and money settles in your own bank account. Each connection is a few clicks, done once by an administrator, and then it just works.
This page lists every integration, what it enables, and where to connect it. Each one has its own page with the exact steps.
If you are not sure what is already connected, ask Atlas. "Is Zoom connected?" or "which integrations are we still missing?" returns the status of Zoom, Google Meet, Fullscript, Slack and Stripe for your organization, and where to connect anything that is not. Atlas cannot connect them for you, because each connection is a sign-in with that vendor in your browser.
Money, video and email
These three are the ones nearly every organization connects in the first week. They live under Settings → Integrations, and each takes a few minutes.
| Integration | What it enables | Where to connect |
|---|---|---|
| Stripe | Every charge: appointments, memberships, packages, products, saved cards. Payouts go to your own bank. | Settings → Integrations → Payment Processing, or Services & Plans → Connect Stripe |
| Zoom | A Zoom meeting created for every remote appointment, with a Join button for staff and the client. | Settings → Integrations → Zoom |
| Google Meet | The same for Google Meet, through a Google Calendar event that also invites the client. | Settings → Integrations → Google Meet |
| Branded email | Confirmations, reminders and calendar invites sent from your own domain instead of ours. | Settings → Integrations → Branded Emails |
Clinical tools
These connect the clinical systems a provider works in, so the client's record in Ready Practice stays the one source of truth.
| Integration | What it enables | Where to connect |
|---|---|---|
| Junction Health (labs) | Order lab panels from a client's Labs tab and receive results into the chart. | Settings → Integrations → Junction Health |
| Fullscript | Recommend supplements from a client's Plan tab; orders come back to the record. | Settings → Integrations → Fullscript |
| DoseSpot (e-prescribing) | Send prescriptions electronically to any pharmacy through Surescripts. | Settings → Integrations → DoseSpot |
| Wearables | Sleep, activity, heart rate and glucose from a client's own devices, connected by the client in their app. | Nothing to connect on your side |
Communication
| Integration | What it enables | Where to connect |
|---|---|---|
| SMS | Text reminders, results notices and sequences from a number registered to your organization. | Settings → Messaging (SMS) |
| Atlas in Slack | Ask Atlas and report issues from the Slack channel your team already uses. | Settings → Atlas AI → Atlas in Slack |
| Personal calendar | A staff member's own Google Calendar hides their busy times from booking. Free/busy only. | Staff → your profile → Connected calendar |
For developers
| Integration | What it enables | Where to connect |
|---|---|---|
| Atlas API & MCP | Ask Atlas from your own systems and AI assistants, with your organization's data behind the answers. | Settings → API & Webhooks |
| Outbound webhooks | Your systems hear about bookings, notes, labs and new clients the moment they happen. | Settings → API & Webhooks |
Say "which tools should we connect first?" and Atlas recommends an order for your kind of organization. It can hand you the connect link for Slack and your personal calendar; Stripe, Zoom and the clinical tools are a sign-in you complete yourself, because they grant access to accounts that belong to you.
Next steps
- Get paid: connect Stripe first. Nothing can be sold until it is.
- Run remote visits: connect Zoom or Google Meet, then mark the services that happen remotely.
- Send from your own name: set up branded email so clients recognise the sender.
