What's New — Week of August 3

Book a full course of care in one action — Front desk staff can now set up a recurring Plan of Care series (service, provider, frequency, and length) in a single booking flow. Each visit is flagged as available, provider-off, or clinic-closed, with an alternate time or provider suggested automatically when there's a conflict.

Clearer recurring booking experience — Status messages during recurring booking are now specific ("No openings this week," "Clinic closed") instead of a misleading generic label, and a long-standing glitch that snapped number fields back while typing has been fixed.

Calendar invites now stay in sync — When you reschedule or edit an appointment, the calendar invite sent to clients now updates properly in Google and Apple Calendar, instead of silently staying on the old time.

See every price option when setting up services — Price pickers across the platform now load all of a product's Stripe price variants, not just the default one, so every configured price is available to choose from.

Atlas now sees your full appointment history — Atlas's client lookups used to miss past visits when a client had many upcoming appointments. It now checks the full history, so answers about a client's schedule are complete and accurate.
