What's New — Week of July 27
Required forms now stick — When you mark forms as required for a service, that setting saves reliably and shows correctly every time you reopen the editor.
Confirming appointments is back, with clearer status — You can confirm an appointment right from the appointment view, and any booking that still needs confirmation is clearly flagged with a "Confirm your spot" or "Needs confirmation" chip in your Up Next card and appointment lists.
Habit schedules now match everywhere — When assigning a protocol, pick specific days for a habit instead of a generic weekly frequency. The schedule now looks identical in the client app and the staff portal.
✨ New
Insurance billing settings on each service — Mark a service as cash-only or insurance-billable, and set default CPT codes, modifiers, units, and a place-of-service override — all from the service editor.
More control over claims — Toggle assignment-of-benefits on a client's insurance, see an at-a-glance in/out-of-network badge on their insurance card, and choose a specific rendering provider when filing a manual claim.
Edit Knowledge Base items anytime — Atlas Knowledge Base entries can now be edited after they're created, including changing who they're visible to — Staff, Clients, or Both — without deleting and starting over.
