  5. The day selector for past protocol activity now reaches back 30 days instead of 7.
  6. Paused/inactive members now see a clear "membership paused" message instead of being able to book, chat with Atlas, meal-scan, or check in.
  7. Dashboard "In Session"/"Next Up" cards show the real open-service name instead of a generic "with Staff" label.
  8. Drop-in/open check-ins now appear immediately in "Happening Now" instead of sitting in "Next Up" for 10 minutes.

  12. Staff members who are also clients can now correctly receive blast messages when they match the audience filters.
  13. Mobile lab scans now save with normalized units, correct categories, and no duplicate entries on rescan.
  14. Labs list now shows proper categories instead of dumping everything into "Other."
  15. New client Plan of Care tab: mixed plan cards show service-visit progress, ordering provider, and next re-eval date; protocols can be closed with a reason.
  16. Staff can add recurring "Service Visit" activities to a plan/protocol tied to a bookable clinic service, from the template editor, plan Activity Picker, or Quick-Add.
  17. Revenue reports now attribute charges and product sales to the correct clinic location instead of "Unknown."
  18. Recurring staff time-off spanning a holiday now creates correctly across the whole range.
  19. Walk-in guests now receive correctly worded waiver/intake emails (no duplicate onboarding email).
  20. Guest check-in landing page shows clinic name only when there's no logo, and "Powered by Ready Practice" now links to readypractice.com.
  21. Staff can designate which service a location's drop-in/open check-in QR code books; check-in UI relabeled to "Member open check-in."
  22. New universal
