What's New — September 3

✨ New

Intake forms now fill in client profiles automatically — When a client fills out an intake form with details like date of birth, phone, address, or insurance info, those answers now land on their profile automatically — no more retyping by staff.

Home Location on client profiles — You can now set and edit a client's home location directly from their profile.

A redesigned Program tab — The client Program tab now leads with a clear stat strip (active protocols, this week's progress, adherence, next session), a cleaner program band, and a right rail highlighting missed items and logging streaks.

Billing Performance scorecard & expected payment estimates — The Claims tab now shows a performance scorecard (first-pass acceptance, denial rate, days to pay, collected vs. expected) and in-flight claims display an expected payment estimate based on real payer history.

Richer lead timeline — Leads now show AI Call Center summaries with key talking points, full transcripts, and structured booking details (service, time, location, staff) — plus a new aging filter to spot leads that haven't been contacted recently.

⚡ Improved

More accurate claims and billing views — Claims that previously vanished from the pipeline (acknowledged, forwarded to secondary, processed) now show up correctly, normally-paid claims no longer get flagged as needing attention, Paid totals label their time range, and settled transactions now show a full itemized breakdown instead of a bare "Payment" line.

Client-facing emails match your branding, everywhere — Appointment notices, receipts, sign-in codes, and forms now consistently send from your clinic's verified branded email address.

What's New — Week of August 17

✨ New

Coverage info shows up right where you need it — Covered services now appear on the Insurance card, during booking, and in the appointment drawer, so staff can see at a glance what's covered and what the copay is. A coverage dot on calendar appointments flags active, inactive, or unverified insurance without opening the appointment.

Publish blog posts from Growth — The Growth → Website tab now includes a blog composer: draft, edit, and publish posts with SEO details handled automatically.

Smarter automated sequences — Marketing/lifecycle sequences now support multi-level branching, an A/B testing block that automatically routes everyone to the winning variant, and send-timing controls (hold until a date, restrict to certain days, or send at the optimal hour).

Instant SMS compliance pages — Generate a carrier-compliant Privacy Policy and Terms page for your site in one click, or copy ready-made text straight from a rejected campaign notice.

⚡ Improved

Clearer, branded emails — Onboarding emails (welcome, staff invite, email verification) and appointment reminders now use a consistent, branded look instead of plain text.

Billing worklist on your dashboard — A new Billing panel on the home dashboard surfaces overdue, denied, and due-soon claims so you can catch what needs attention without opening Billing.

What's New — Week of July 13

✨ New

Rescheduling now feels just like booking — When you reschedule an appointment, you'll see the same clean scheduling screen used for new bookings. You can also pick your appointment's date or any date after it, not just the exact original day.

A full branding and onboarding editor for your client app — From Settings › Client Apps, clinics can now customize brand colors, fonts, and logo, plus the app's welcome screen, with a live preview before saving.

⚡ Improved

Trends line up with real calendar periods — Weekly, monthly, and yearly views now match actual weeks (Mon–Sun), months, and years instead of a rolling window, and you can swipe or use arrows to move between periods.

Clearer dates on lab and trend charts — Charts now show clean date labels (oldest, middle, newest) instead of crowded, overlapping text, with the exact date still available when you tap a point.

Meals and measurements now count toward your progress — Marking a meal as eaten, scanning a meal, or logging a measurement now updates your real protocol adherence and trends, instead of just showing a confirmation.

Protocol pages now show real results — See your adherence percentage, a per-activity breakdown, and before-and-after biomarker changes right on your protocol's Results card.

What's New — Week of July 6

✨ New

Look up a client right from Slack — Front desk staff can now type a quick Slack command to pull a client's recent labs, upcoming schedule, or latest vitals, or ask Atlas a question directly in the channel.

⚡ Improved

Signed agreements now include the full text — Onboarding documents your clients sign now include the complete agreement text alongside their answers, so the record matches exactly what they agreed to.

One reminder, not ten — Morning plan notifications no longer pile up into duplicate alerts. Clients now get a single, clear reminder.

Substitute-covered classes are bookable again — Group classes with a covering clinician now correctly show as available to book, instead of looking full when the usual coach is out.

Lab dates reflect when the sample was taken — Lab results now show the actual collection date instead of defaulting to the day they were uploaded.

Oura users see heart rate and HRV trends — Resting heart rate and HRV now populate correctly for clients syncing data from Oura, closing a gap where these trends showed empty.

What's New — Week of March 2

⚡ Improved

Fewer crashes, smoother experience — We fixed a wide range of crash-causing bugs across the Growth Suite and other parts of the app, so pages load and respond more reliably.

Cleaner in-app notifications — Old-style alert pop-ups have been replaced with smoother toast notifications that get out of your way faster.

More accurate analytics — Gender breakdowns, session counts, and cancellation rates in your reports now reflect your real data more precisely.

Faster-feeling navigation — A new loading indicator shows instantly when you move between pages, so the app feels quicker and more responsive.

What's New — Week of January 5

✨ New

Waitlist and easier date browsing for booking — Clients can now join a waitlist when a time slot is full, and can move through days more easily using new date navigation arrows.

Clients can manage their own profile — From the account page, clients can update their name, phone, and address, change their password, and upload a profile photo — no staff help needed.

Photo uploads for client records — Staff can now upload client photos directly, making it easier to keep records complete.

⚡ Improved

More accurate booking windows and locations — Booking now reflects each membership's actual rules, showing the right number of days ahead and only the locations a client can book at, with the primary location clearly marked.

Cleaner staff calendar filtering — Staff calendars now support multi-select filters and holiday blocks, making it easier to see exactly the schedule you need.

More reliable document previews — Document previews now open consistently, so you can view files without extra clicks or errors.
