Which role to assign

In Settings → Permissions, a provider/clinician is the Medical role — full clinical access to the schedule, members, health data, and notes. (This track's friendly name maps to that system role.)

1. Set your availability — the hours clients can book you
2. Services & Protocols — build and assign clinical protocols/programs
3. Intake Forms — review what clients submit before a visit
4. Telehealth — run virtual visits (Zoom / Google Meet)
5. AI Scribe — auto‑draft your visit notes
6. Ask Atlas — clinical + operational answers, grounded in your data
