New

Intake forms now fill in client profiles automatically — when a client fills out an intake form, details like date of birth, phone, address, and insurance info land on their profile without any retyping.

Home Location on client profiles — you can now set and edit a client's home location directly from their profile.

Deeper billing insights on the Claims tab — a new Billing Performance card shows first-pass acceptance, denial rate, average days to pay, and collected-vs-expected, plus per-claim expected-payment estimates based on your own payer history.

Richer lead timeline — see AI Call Center summaries, key discussion points, and full booking context (service, time, location, staff) right on each lead's timeline.

Improved

Client-facing emails are consistently branded — appointment notices, receipts, sign-in links, and sign-in codes now always send from your clinic's verified branded address.

More accurate claims status — claims that were forwarded to a secondary payer or fully processed now show up correctly in "In process," and normally-paid in-network claims are no longer mislabeled as "Partially paid."

We ship continuously. A few recent highlights:

Self-serve branding — set your colors, fonts, logo, and light/dark look in Settings → Branding, or ask Atlas to apply a whole brand for you.

Scheduling reliability — availability now shows correctly across timezones and locations.

Faster settings — setup pages like Guests & Referrals load noticeably quicker.

More updates land here as they go live.
